Creating a dynamic new business environment with the ultimate flexibility, the Innovation Centre at Longbridge Technology Park is a 45,000 sq ft building providing start-up and growing technology-based enterprises with a range of tailored office space solutions.

With a fully serviced reception area staffed by a dedicated business support team it offers a variety of fully flexible unfurnished, furnished and fully serviced offices on an inclusive monthly charge basis. To aid flexibility and growth, the Innovation Centre offers a short term lease for three years with a 28 day notice period at any time. The ability to grow within the centre is encouraged with no early surrender penalties incurred for movement within or between the Technology Park site.

The centre is a state-of-the-art conference and meeting venue complete with the latest contemporary facilities and a level of service to match, and therefore fulfils the needs of a wide range of businesses and organisations.
