Leases:
To aid flexibility and growth, the Innovation Centre offers a short-term lease for three years with a 28-day notice period at any time. The ability to grow within the centre is encouraged with no early surrender penalties incurred for movement within or between the Technology Park sites.

Eligibility:
The Innovation Centre has been designed to accommodate growing, innovative, technology-focused businesses working in an office environment. Companies taking space within the Innovation Centre will be involved in the design, research and development of products and services.

Deposit:
Two months rental, refundable on vacation.
