Longbridge plan gets green light

Bournville College Planning Application

A detailed planning application has been submitted for Bournville College, a major element in the first phase of St. Modwen's £750 million redevelopment of the former MG Rover works at Longbridge. With the concept design for the project now complete, the Birmingham office of international design practice Broadway Malyan has been appointed as detailed architects for the new £84 million College.

Longbridge town centre

The preparatory works are clearing the way for construction of the new £84 million Bournville College, which represents the first phase of a new town centre for Longbridge.
