Your Longbridge

Longbridge

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, is spearheading the largest regeneration project in the West Midlands at Longbridge.

Formerly the home of MG Rover, the 468 acre site is being sensitively transformed into a welcoming new environment. A new community heart is being created at Longbridge from which capillaries of employment, leisure, public realm and exciting future opportunities will pulsate.

New homes, new beginnings

At the heart of every successful community lies its people and Longbridge will be no exception. It is hoped that by building upon Longbridge’s existing heritage of individuals driven by success and innovation, a vibrant new community will emerge.

2,000 new homes are to be created at Longbridge designed to offer residential opportunities to a diverse range of people of all ages and influence in order to create a lively and sustainable community for the long term.

Best of town and country

Offering residents the best of town and country living, Longbridge enjoys an attractive semi-rural location nestled at the foot of the Lickey Hills and just a short distance from Birmingham and Bromsgrove centres.

Live, work and play

The development will offer an abundance of public open space and public realm including the reintroduction of the Rivers Rea and Arrow, with the protection and enhancement of ecologies and habitats for wildlife central to its design. Alongside this, a range of retail, leisure and public facilities will be incorporated within the new community ensuring living, working and playing at Longbridge is always a pleasure.
